CanoeKayak BC is currently developing an alumni program to reconnect members of our organization and its predecessors (Canoe Racing BC and the BC Flatwater Canoe Association). The alumni directory includes provincial team members since 1969!

Membership
CanoeKayak BC members include competitive athletes, developing athletes, enthusiasts, coaches, officials, administrators and supporters of the sport.
Strategic Plan
By 2012 CanoeKayak BC will
- a Sport for Life
- have a diversified funding base that supports the achievement of our strategic priorities
- be led by a skilled motivated team of professional staff and volunteers
- work cooperatively with it’s member clubs, competitive paddlers, general members and regions to deliver self sustaining multi-discipline canoeing programs
- be implementing the Long Term Athlete Development Plan to improve the performance of all BC athletes through fair and ethical means

Governance
CanoeKayak BC is governed by a 10-member
Board of Directors and a 7-member Executive Committee. We hold semi-annual assemblies of Club Representatives
