CKBC is...Athlete Success

Congratulations to Hugh Fisher (Pemberton) and Ian McKenzie (Ocean River) for their outstanding performances representing Canada at the recent World Marathon Championships in France.

In a grueling event that featured over 150 singles competitors from 24 countries Hugh finished 4th in a tight race in the aged 50 - 54 category, and Ian finished 14th in the Senior Category.

Hopefully both competitors will be at the upcoming BC Long Distance Championships as part of their active rest!
